Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern purchases from the Nuviory online store. By submitting an order, you agree to these terms and the policies incorporated by reference.
Eligibility
You must have legal capacity to enter a contract and must provide accurate checkout information. If you purchase for another person, you represent that you are authorized to provide their delivery information.
Product Information
We work to present product descriptions, colors, dimensions, and images accurately. Screen settings, lighting, materials, and manufacturing variation can produce minor differences. Outdoor products must be used according to instructions and with appropriate judgment for conditions.
Orders and Acceptance
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not guarantee acceptance. We may reject, limit, or cancel an order because of availability, pricing or description errors, payment concerns, suspected fraud, resale activity, delivery restrictions, or other legitimate operational reasons.
Prices, Taxes, and Payment
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change without notice. Applicable taxes and charges are disclosed when available. You authorize the selected payment provider to charge the total shown at checkout. Payment methods are limited to those offered during checkout.
Shipping, Returns, and Refunds
Shipping estimates and responsibilities are described in our Shipping Policy. Eligible returns are governed by our Return Policy, including its 30-day request window. Those policies form part of these Terms and Conditions.
Promotions
Discounts and promotional offers may have separate eligibility, timing, product, and redemption rules. Unless expressly stated, offers cannot be combined, exchanged for cash, or applied retroactively.
Intellectual Property
The Nuviory name, visual identity, product photography, site design, text, graphics, and other store content are owned by or licensed to Nuviory and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No rights are granted except the limited right to use the store for personal shopping.
Prohibited Conduct
You may not interfere with store operation, misuse checkout, introduce malicious code, scrape content at scale, impersonate another person, infringe rights, attempt unauthorized access, or use the store for unlawful activity.
Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law, the store and products are provided subject to the descriptions and warranties expressly stated on the store. We disclaim implied warranties to the extent they may legally be disclaimed. Nothing in these terms limits a right or remedy that cannot legally be limited.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Nuviory will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential loss arising from the store or a purchase. Our aggregate liability for a claim related to an order will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to that claim, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Indemnity
You agree to be responsible for losses and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the store, violation of these terms, or infringement of another person's rights.
Governing Principles and Disputes
These terms are governed by applicable laws of the United States, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections that apply where they live. Before filing a formal claim, please email us and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue informally.
