Your Privacy Choices

Nuviory provides privacy choices described below. The rights available to you depend on where you live and whether applicable law covers the request.
Targeted Advertising, Sale, and Sharing
Nuviory does not sell personal information for money. Our use of certain advertising or analytics technologies may be treated as a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising under some U.S. state privacy laws. Eligible users may request to opt out of those activities.
Global Privacy Control
Where required by law, we treat a recognized Global Privacy Control signal sent by your browser as an opt-out request for that browser or device. Because the signal may not identify you across devices, you may need to apply the setting separately in each browser and device you use.
Access, Correction, Deletion, and Portability
Depending on applicable law, you may request access to certain personal information, correction of inaccurate information, deletion, or a portable copy. Some information may be retained when reasonably necessary to complete transactions, prevent fraud, maintain security, comply with law, or establish legal claims.
How to Submit a Request
Email service@nuviory.com with the subject line “Privacy Request.” State the type of request and the U.S. state where you live. Do not email payment-card details or account passwords.
Verification
To protect your information, we may ask you to confirm details reasonably connected to your interactions with Nuviory. If we cannot verify a request, we may be unable to fulfill it. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted, but we may require proof of authority and direct identity confirmation.
Appeals and Non-Discrimination
If applicable law gives you the right to appeal a denied request, reply to our decision and state that you wish to appeal. Nuviory will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.
